Job Description

Our client is a leasing social service industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Senior HR Manager to be part of their Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central Area - easily accessible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute talent strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce needs.

  • Design and maintain leadership pipelines, succession plans, and high-potential programs.

  • Partner with HR and service heads to identify critical talent needs and drive capability building.

  • Cultivate external partnerships with talent networks, agencies, and industry bodies.

  • Oversee talent vendor management and development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in talent management, leadership development, or HR strategy.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
