Senior HR Manager (Digital Infra )

We are seeking an agile, self-starter Senior HR Manager to establish and lead the HR function for a growing digital infrastructure and data centre business in Singapore. This newly created role is part of the core leadership team and reports directly to the CEO, with responsibility for building the people agenda from the ground up in a lean and fast-moving environment.

You will partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to shape the HR strategy, design core policies and processes, and support the business as it scales. The role requires someone who is both strategic and hands-on, with the confidence to operate autonomously while creating a strong and scalable HR foundation.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the HR function from the ground up.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organisational design, and talent strategy.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
• Develop practical HR solutions suited to a lean and agile business.
• Establish compensation, benefits, and reward frameworks.
• Ensure HR compliance, governance, and best practices.
• Support culture-building, engagement, and retention initiatives.

Experience

• 12+ years of HR experience, with senior-level exposure.
• Proven ability to build or transform HR functions in a startup, scale-up, or greenfield environment.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
