Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coach junior executives within the team
  • Collaborate closely with the clinical service line team to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for specialist manpower planning within the cluster.
  • Monitor future manpower needs, identifying potential workforce instabilities, conducting basic analysis to determine workforce adequacy, mapping out specialty pipelines, documenting discussion meetings, and tracking progress over time.
  • Assist in leading the Total Performance Management program for clinicians at the cluster level, including tasks such as data preparation, analysis, charting, calibration, and promotions for specialist clinicians.
  • Stay up-to-date with medical human resource policies and proactively review them to ensure they remain relevant and compliant with regulatory requirements, as well as reflective of any changes in the healthcare climate. Make recommendations as needed to update these policies.
  • Provide professional guidance regarding the interpretation of HR policies, procedures, legislation, and clinician manpower planning.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HRBP (business partnering) experience.
  • Senior candidates with more years of experience will be considered for Senior Manager level.
  • Must have personnel planning experience
