Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives, fostering strong relationships across teams. Provide guidance and coaching to management on performance management, employee relations, talent management, and engagement strategies. Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment and the employee lifecycle management. Develop, implement, and update HR processes to meet the evolving needs of the organization. Handle sensitive HR matters, ensuring compliance with employment legislation while balancing operational needs. Lead talent acquisition efforts in partnership with global teams, ensuring a seamless recruitment process for candidates and hiring managers. Facilitate succession planning and career development initiatives. Ensure the accuracy of employee data within the Human Capital Management (HCM) system. Assist in reviewing compensation and benefits to maintain competitiveness and equity. Contribute to global HR projects as directed by the management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Certification in HR Management is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a generalist capacity. Proven experience as a strategic and operational HR Business Partner. Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities for effective collaboration. Ability to adapt and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in HCM systems or other Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
