Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a global professional services firm to appoint an experienced and well-rounded Senior HR Generalist to join their Singapore office. This role will take ownership of a broad range of HR activities across the employee lifecycle, combining both operational execution and advisory responsibilities. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders and the regional HR team to deliver effective HR solutions that support business objectives.
Reporting to the Senior HRBP, this individual will act as a trusted HR partner to both fee-earner and business services populations. Key responsibilities include overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes, managing payroll inputs and coordination, ensuring compliance with local employment regulations, and maintaining HR data integrity. The role will also support performance management cycles, talent development initiatives, employee relations matters, and regional HR projects.
In addition, this individual will play a key role in driving process improvements, enhancing employee experience, and supporting organisational change initiatives where required.
The ideal candidate is a confident and proactive HR professional with strong business partnering capabilities, who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Prior experience within professional services will be highly advantageous.
