Senior HR Executive (West) #NKC

Location: Tuas (company transport from Jurong East MRT)

Provide operational HR support across recruitment, performance management, work pass administration, learning & development, and employee relations

Partner with business leaders to address talent management needs and ensure right-role fit

Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding in compliance with labour laws and regulations

Drive continuous improvement of HR processes to enhance employee experience and organisational effectiveness

Advise managers and employees on HR policies and practices

Support learning & development initiatives, including course registration, training matrix, evaluations, and training audits
