Core Responsibilities
Talent Management / Recruitment
Employee Relations
Facilitate and manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, grievances handling and complaints.
Update, record, and maintain the disciplinary records.
Manage and address employees work-related enquiries.
Participate in open communication with employees and support in employee relation activities.
Collaborate with management and managers to address employee engagement issues and implement solutions to enhance the overall employee experience.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies related to employee relations.
Compensation & Benefits
Administer and organize various benefits programs within the organization, including health insurance, work injury compensation, wellness programs and annual health screening.
Enroll eligible new hires for health insurance, remove resigned employees from medical portal, apply and cancel medical cards for employees.
Submit and track claims reimbursement for Work Injury Compensation Act (WICA) and medical insurances.
Others
Involve in ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.
Job requirements:
Degree / Diploma in Business or equivalent preferred
Possess experience in recruitment
Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
Able to adapt to change and a good team player
Able to obtain an Airport Pass (Airside)
