Job Description

Job Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, offers)
  • Coordinate with hiring managers on manpower needs
  • Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documents
  • Conduct orientation for new hires

2. Payroll & Compensation

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
  • Manage overtime, leave records, claims, CPF contributions, bonuses
  • Handle salary adjustments and final payments

3. Employee Relations

  • Address staff enquiries and workplace concerns
  • Support disciplinary matters and grievance handling
  • Maintain positive employee engagement and morale
  • Organize staff events and welfare activities

4. HR Administration

  • Maintain employee records and HR systems
  • Prepare letters (confirmation, promotion, warning, resignation, termination)
  • Update HR policies and employee handbook
  • Manage insurance and benefits administration

5. Compliance & Singapore Employment Matters

  • Ensure compliance with Employment Act and MOM regulations
  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations
  • Manage IR21 / tax clearance for foreign employees where required
  • Support audits and statutory reporting

6. Performance Management & Training

  • Coordinate appraisal cycles
  • Track KPIs and increment recommendations
  • Arrange training programs and skills development
  • Monitor staff development plans

7. Reporting & Support to Management

  • Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, hiring status)
  • Support manpower planning and budgeting
  • Advise managers on HR policies and people issues
