Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for retail store and corporate office positions
- Support onboarding, employee confirmation, contract administration, and offboarding processes
- Coordinate attendance tracking, payroll matters, compensation & benefits, and performance review processes
- Handle employee relations matters, engagement activities, and HR support for daily operations
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations
- Work closely with regional HR team on reporting and HR initiatives
