Senior HR Executive

Brief Summary

This position involves comprehensive management of recruitment and employee relations processes to ensure organizational effectiveness. The role focuses on streamlining onboarding and compliance with employment regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of staff. Manage accurate employee records, contracts, personal files, and HR documentation. Ensure adherence to Singapore employment legislation and MOM regulations. Support employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary cases, and workplace concerns. Coordinate employee training, orientation, and development programmes to enhance performance and service standards. Collaborate with outlet managers to address staffing needs and related employee matters. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and employee engagement initiatives. Support HR reporting, manpower planning, performance management, and other ad-hoc HR projects.

Requirements

• Relevant educational qualifications in human resources or related fields. Demonstrable experience in recruitment and employee relations within the F&B or corporate sector. Strong understanding of Singapore employment laws and regulations. Proven ability to handle HR documentation and processes meticulously. Familiarity with organizing training and development initiatives. Effective communication skills for collaboration with management and staff. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
