The Senior HR Operations Executive is responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the full employee life cycle.
This role sits at the core of Talent & HR, safeguarding compliance, accuracy and governance while delivering a seamless and professional employee experience.
The individual will lead criticalHR processes - from onboarding to offboarding, payroll coordination, work pass management and regulatory reporting- ensuring that the agency operates with rigour, discipline and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative / Operational
- Own and manage end-to-end HR operations processes including employment documentation, contracts, requisition forms and employee record management (p-filing).
- Ensure accurate execution of onboarding and off boarding processes, including system setup, induction coordination, documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee payroll administration and related reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and dependent passes in compliance with MOM regulations.
- Ensure all statutory submissions and government surveys are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain HR policies, documentation standards and intranet updates to ensure information integrity.
- Coordinate insurance administration including enrolments, renewals, de-registrations and claims support.
Governance and Compliance
- Uphold high standards of data accuracy and confidentiality across HR systems and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and internal policies.
- Manage termination documentation, severance calculations and related communications professionally and sensitively.
- Act as coordination lead between Finance, HR systems providers and IT stakeholders where required.
Employee Experience
- Facilitate HR induction and ensure smooth onboarding experience for new joiners.
- Conduct exit discussions and manage feedback processes across key employee milestones (1st / 3rd / 6th month, annual).
- Support work anniversary and engagement processe sin partnership with vendors.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for HR operational queries, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with Business Leads, Finance, IT, Payroll vendors and external authorities to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Provide clear guidance to employees and managers on HR processes and compliance matters.
- Know when to escalate issues appropriately to mitigate operational or regulatory risk.
Job Specifications
Knowledge and Experiences Required
- 3-6 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and MOM processes.
- Experience managing work passes, payroll coordination and HR documentation.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (BIPO experience preferred).
