Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support full-spectrum HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance in a dynamic organization.
Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including interview coordination and onboarding processes (e.g., orientation and organization chart updates)
- Assist in managing performance evaluation systems (e.g., HRIQ), including change requests and new employee data input
- Coordinate work pass and dependent pass applications, renewals, and cancellations through external agents
- Administer employee insurance matters, including onboarding, offboarding, annual review, and renewals
- Arrange medical and health screening processes for expatriate employees
- Prepare and submit surveys required by government agencies (e.g., MOM, JCCI, SNEF)
- Coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives and activities
- Provide administrative support for corporate secretarial functions
- Manage internship programs, including coordination and tracking
- Support HR projects and general administrative functions as assigned
Requirements:
[Must-Have]
- 5-7 years of experience in HR generalist functions, including payroll administration
- Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and experience working in cross-cultural environments
[Advantage]
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., QuickHR, HRIQ) and digital/automation initiatives is an added advantage
