Senior HR Executive (Manufacturing)
. Duties and Responsibilities:
. Support in the full spectrum of HR operations and end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, such as recruitment, onboarding, training, offboarding etc.
. Provide HR administrative support, such as administer work passes and employment contracts, process claims/invoices, prepare monthly reports and maintain personnel files and system records etc.
. Coordinate in-house courses, administer training budget and external course registrations
. Assist in work pass applications, renewals, and compliance (WP, S Pass, EP) in accordance with MOM regulations.
. Assist in the review and implementation of HR policies and practices and handle day-to-day employee queries.
. Plan and organise employee engagement activities.
. Handle office administration matters, which includes employee travel management, procurement of office stationery, equipment and other supplies etc.
. Supports in factory license and dormitory arrangement.
. Support in other relevant duties as assigned.
. Requirements:
. Minimum Diploma with at least 2 years working experience in HR and Admin.
. Singaporean or Permanent Resident
. Good team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
. Possess good organisation, communication and interpersonal skills
. Fast learner, proactive and meticulous.
. Fluent in English speaking and written. Candidates who speak Bahasa, Malay and Chinese will prioritise in consideration.
