Job Scope
HR Operations & Compliance
- Manage the full spectrum of Human Resource functions for the company.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore MOM regulations, Employment Act, CPF requirements, and other statutory obligations.
- Prepare, maintain, and administer employment contracts, HR letters, policies, and employee records.
- Handle employee onboarding, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and offboarding processes.
- Manage employee leave, attendance, benefits, and HR documentation.
Payroll & HR Administration
- Administer monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Manage CPF contributions, government-related submissions, and statutory reporting.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy within the HR Management System (HRMS).
- Serve as the HRMS administrator and support system improvements or migration projects when required.
Recruitment & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding.
- Conduct reference checks and maintain recruitment records.
- Manage employee resignations, exit interviews, and offboarding procedures.
Work Pass Administration
- Handle Work Permit, S Pass, Employment Pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related MOM matters.
- Monitor work pass validity and ensure timely renewals and compliance.
Employee Relations
- Act as the primary HR contact for employees and management.
- Address employee enquiries and HR-related matters professionally and confidentially.
- Support a positive, fair, and compliant working environment.
HR Systems & Process Improvement
- Manage and maintain the company's HRMS (currently using Payboy).
- Evaluate and recommend HR system enhancements or alternative HRMS solutions when appropriate.
- Review and improve HR processes, policies, and administrative procedures.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a standalone or full-spectrum HR role.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore MOM regulations, Employment Act, CPF, payroll, leave administration, and HR compliance.
- Hands-on experience in payroll processing and HR administration.
- Experience handling Work Permit, S Pass, and Employment Pass matters.
- Familiar with HRMS platforms such as Payboy, HReasily, Talenox, Swingvy, or similar systems.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Possess high integrity, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
