- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to suit the overall business strategy

Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years HR experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Preferably experience in construction company
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and relevant MOM / BCA laws and policies.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- can work independently with minimal supervision
