About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Senior HR Executive to join our HR team, playing a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with strong experience in payroll processing and blue-collar recruitment, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end monthly payroll processing for a large workforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements (CPF, IRAS, MOM regulations, etc.)
- Manage recruitment activities for blue-collar and operational staff, including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases
- Administer work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations via MOM portal
- Support HR policies, benefits administration, and disciplinary matters
- Prepare HR reports, leave management, and handle employee queries
- Assist in HR projects and process improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience with hands-on payroll and recruitment exposure
- Experience handling high-volume payroll (preferably 200 headcount)
- Prior exposure to blue-collar workforce management (manufacturing, construction, logistics, or service sectors)
- Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail
- Able to cope with fast-paced environment
