Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Senior HR Executive to join our team in Singapore. This role will manage HR operations, employee engagement, performance management, and work pass applications.
Responsibilities
- Advise business units strategically on HR and people-related matters to support organizational goals and workforce effectiveness
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, contract preparation, and maintaining employee documentation to ensure smooth employee lifecycle management
- Ensure HR practices comply with Singapore employment laws and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations to mitigate legal risks
- Process work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (EP, S Pass, DP, LOC, etc.) through MOM portals to maintain workforce compliance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and internal systems to support data integrity and reporting
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace environment that enhances employee engagement and retention
- Lead the performance appraisal process by aligning evaluations with business objectives and providing guidance on goal setting, feedback, and development plans to drive employee growth
- Support succession planning and leadership development initiatives to build organizational capability and talent pipelines
- Review and refine HR policies and standard operating procedures to improve operational efficiency and compliance
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and employee experience to enhance overall HR service delivery
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience, preferably in a regional or fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficient in HRIS platforms (e.g., Whyze) and digital tools such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Experience in the technology or IT services industry is advantageous
