Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and coordinate HR operational activities including employee records administration, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, resignations, and offboarding processes
  • Maintain proper employee documentation and ensure HR records are updated accurately and timely
  • Support payroll administration, employee benefits coordination, insurance matters, and HR reporting processes
  • Ensure HR practices and processes comply with company policies and relevant Singapore employment regulations
  • Coordinate work pass related matters including application, renewal, cancellation, and status tracking in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external authorities on HR operational matters when required
  • Provide support and guidance to employees and supervisors on HR policies, procedures, benefits, and general employment-related matters
  • Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, onboarding materials, and employee communications
  • Support employee engagement, recognition, and welfare initiatives
  • Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives when assigned
  • Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by management

    Key Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • CEI certification preferred for roles involving recruitment-related activities
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR operations, employee administration, or related HR functions
  • Basic knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and work pass processes
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
