Support and coordinate HR operational activities including employee records administration, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, resignations, and offboarding processes
Maintain proper employee documentation and ensure HR records are updated accurately and timely
Support payroll administration, employee benefits coordination, insurance matters, and HR reporting processes
Ensure HR practices and processes comply with company policies and relevant Singapore employment regulations
Coordinate work pass related matters including application, renewal, cancellation, and status tracking in accordance with regulatory requirements
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external authorities on HR operational matters when required
Provide support and guidance to employees and supervisors on HR policies, procedures, benefits, and general employment-related matters
Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, onboarding materials, and employee communications
Support employee engagement, recognition, and welfare initiatives
Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives when assigned
Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by management
Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
CEI certification preferred for roles involving recruitment-related activities
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR operations, employee administration, or related HR functions
Basic knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and work pass processes
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
