Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and employee documentation
  • Partner with business stakeholders to support hiring needs across investment, operations, compliance, and support functions
  • Handle payroll coordination, leave administration, benefits, and employee records
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, MAS regulations, and internal HR policies
  • Support performance management, employee engagement, learning & development initiatives, and staff retention programs
  • Prepare HR reports, employment contracts, and HR-related documentation
  • Assist in reviewing and improving HR policies, procedures, and workflows
  • Coordinate with external vendors, recruiters, and government agencies where required


Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably within asset management, banking, or financial services
  • Good understanding of Singapore employment practices and HR regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems
