Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Partner with business stakeholders to support hiring needs across investment, operations, compliance, and support functions
- Handle payroll coordination, leave administration, benefits, and employee records
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, MAS regulations, and internal HR policies
- Support performance management, employee engagement, learning & development initiatives, and staff retention programs
- Prepare HR reports, employment contracts, and HR-related documentation
- Assist in reviewing and improving HR policies, procedures, and workflows
- Coordinate with external vendors, recruiters, and government agencies where required
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably within asset management, banking, or financial services
- Good understanding of Singapore employment practices and HR regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems
