Senior HR Executive

Job Description

• Manage full spectrum of MOM pass transactions (SP, WP, LTVP+) such as application, renewal, appeal
• Responsible for monthly payroll and statutory submissions (e.g. IR8A, IR21, CPF, etc)
• Handling full employee lifecyclfrom recruitment, onboarding till offboarding,
• Administer PWM in OED portal manpower updates and complete all the government related survey.
• Providing HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR related issues
• Maintain updated and accurate personnel files for all staff (soft copy & hard copy), leave records, training records and all HR policy
• Maintaining and handling all Company insurance renewal and claims related
• Any ad-hoc matters as instructed by your superior

Job Requirement

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within F&B industries
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
• Able to multi-task effectively with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of employment act, wage and salary laws and regulations
