Job Description

Job Description:

  • Lead a team in HR Business Process Outsourcing, managing recruitment, scholarship/internship programs, leave/benefits administration, training, events, and data entry/reporting/analytics.
  • Ensure operations run smoothly, adhering to policies, procedures, and customer expectations.
  • Verify and approve team deliverables per standard operating procedures.
  • Coach and train team members on-the-job.
  • Collaborate with HR Manager/Director to oversee staff training, performance reviews, and welfare.
  • Achieve KPIs and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Engage with stakeholders and participate in customer meetings.
  • Address customer issues promptly and propose improvements to Branch Head/Director.
  • Uphold ethical standards and comply with regulations and laws.

Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 3 years of HR or related experience, including supervisory roles.
  • Shared services experience is a plus.
  • Prior experience in government ministries or statutory boards preferred.
  • Experience with Workday is advantageous.
