Job Description:
- Lead a team in HR Business Process Outsourcing, managing recruitment, scholarship/internship programs, leave/benefits administration, training, events, and data entry/reporting/analytics.
- Ensure operations run smoothly, adhering to policies, procedures, and customer expectations.
- Verify and approve team deliverables per standard operating procedures.
- Coach and train team members on-the-job.
- Collaborate with HR Manager/Director to oversee staff training, performance reviews, and welfare.
- Achieve KPIs and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Engage with stakeholders and participate in customer meetings.
- Address customer issues promptly and propose improvements to Branch Head/Director.
- Uphold ethical standards and comply with regulations and laws.
Responsibilities:
- Minimum 3 years of HR or related experience, including supervisory roles.
- Shared services experience is a plus.
- Prior experience in government ministries or statutory boards preferred.
- Experience with Workday is advantageous.
