Job Description


The HR Business Partner will support the day-to-day needs of the Fund Management and Investment Platforms by driving outcomes through effective application of Human Resources practices alongside the growth of Fund Management and Investment and work with key leadership to make an immediate impact through your expertise in resourcing, creative solutioning, performance management and employee engagement.

  • Provide advice & support on all HR related matters, including but not limited to recruitment and talent management, performance management, HR policies implementation, employee relations and any other HR initiatives/projects.

  • Understand the business needs and introduce best practices to build Human Resource capabilities and streamline processes to ensure business and operational sustainability.

  • Drive a high performance culture ensuring that the leadership are appraised of their roles and support the managers where necessary in the performance management of their team.

  • Work with the HR COE and HR shared services team on executing policies and procedures for the different business lines in the Company.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resource Management.

  • Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience with demonstrated proficiency in partnering leadership to deliver HR solutions.

  • Prior exposure to compensation and benefits will be an advantage.

  • Knowledge of the HR field including employment laws and regulations.

  • Previous experience in fund management or REITS/Trust or overseas HR business support will be an added advantage.

  • Strong influencing, negotiation and facilitation skills to communicate business and HR best practices.

  • Hands-on team player with strong analytical, project management and presentation skills.

  • Self-starter, independent, pro-active and results-oriented.
