Senior HR Business Partner | International Remit | Individual Contributor | Base: SGD 220k/annum

Frazer Jones is exclusively appointed on a confidential basis to appoint a Senior HR Business Partner for a global business, with a strong and well‑established presence in its sector. This is a permanent, full‑time senior level HR role based in Singapore. Reporting directly to the CHRO, the successful candidate will be an individual contributor, partnering closely with the wider HRBP team and HR Centres of Excellence on organization‑wide people priorities. Our client is seeking a seasoned HR leader with experience operating in similarly complex, large-scale, multinational environments. This role will be instrumental in partnering specifically with the commercial teams, focusing on core topics such as strengthening succession planning, and shaping a future-ready workforce strategy aligned with the organisation's long-term ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

Notably, one of the key priorities for this role, as identified in alignment with the C-suites team is the ability to drive forward‑looking people strategies as the organisation accelerates its transformation to meet the demands of a digital and AI‑enabled world. What this effectively means is that my client is searching for a seasoned HRBP who not only the genuine curiosity, strategic thinking, and a strong interest in leveraging digital tools/data to modernise ways of working, enhance employee experience, and strengthen organisational capability for the future.

Ideally, the successful candidate is able to share best practices across the team, and support in uplifting HRBP advisory depth, enhance the operating rhythm, and ensure the HRBP team are trusted partners to the senior leadership (in a mentoring capacity).

Given the organisation's growth ambitions, including expansion into new markets, the candidate is expected to provide guidance on international workforce strategies. With prior hands-on experience in M&A / joint venture environments, you will be able to partner senior stakeholders on organisation design, succession planning, and leadership development.

Ideal Profile

Our client is seeking a highly experienced HR Business Partner leader with a strong track record operating in complex multinational environments. Experience in different geographical regions (kindly ensure this is listed in your CV: e.g. APAC / EMEA) will be advantageous.

Candidates should be ready to articulate the depth of their HRBP expertise vis-a-vis critical business priorities, including clear examples of partnering directly with senior executives on organisation-wide people initiatives. As a guideline, candidates should have at least 15 years of HR experience.

What's On Offer

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a successful and scaling global business. You will work directly and closely with the CHRO and senior leadership, in an organization that is prepared to invest in their talents. For seasoned HRBPs, this role offers immediate scope to drive meaningful priorities, along with significant room for mid to longer‑term growth.

Location: Singapore
