They are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior HR Business Partner (Compensation & Benefits) to business leaders while driving organizational design, talent capability building, and a high-performance culture. Additionally, you will be tasked to build the total rewards strategy to support sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Partnership
- Collaborate with senior business leaders to develop and implement people strategies that support organizational objectives and long-term growth.
- Provide strategic HR guidance on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.
- Translate business priorities into practical HR initiatives that enhance organizational capability and drive business performance.
- Partner with leadership to cultivate a high-performance, engaged, and inclusive workplace culture.
Compensation & Rewards
- Design, implement, and continuously enhance compensation structures, job architecture, salary bands, and reward frameworks to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and market analysis to maintain competitive and equitable pay practices.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of annual compensation processes, including salary reviews, bonus planning, incentive programs, and promotion exercises.
- Advise business leaders on compensation decisions, retention strategies, and employment offers while ensuring consistency and fairness across the organization.
- Monitor compensation practices to ensure alignment with internal policies, market trends, and organizational performance philosophy.
Benefits & Total Rewards
- Oversee the design, administration, and continuous enhancement of employee benefits programs, including healthcare, wellness, leave, and retirement initiatives.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to total rewards programs to strengthen employee engagement, attraction, and retention.
- Manage relationships with insurance providers, brokers, and external vendors to ensure effective service delivery and cost optimization.
- Develop communication strategies that improve employee understanding and appreciation of the company's total rewards offerings.
Organizational Development & Talent
- Support organizational design initiatives, including team structures, role evaluation, workforce planning, and capability development.
- Partner with leaders to strengthen performance management practices and leadership effectiveness across the organization.
- Identify capability gaps and collaborate with stakeholders to implement targeted development and succession planning initiatives.
Leadership & HR Capability
- Mentor and develop members of the HR team, strengthening both HR Business Partnering and Compensation & Benefits expertise.
- Establish team priorities, performance objectives, and development plans to build a commercially focused and high-performing HR function.
- Promote continuous improvement and best practices across HR processes and service delivery.
Collaboration & Governance
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure HR programs are consistently implemented across business units and regions.
- Drive the standardization and scalability of HR policies, processes, and reward programs while maintaining flexibility to meet evolving business needs.
- Utilize people analytics and market insights to provide recommendations that support strategic workforce and compensation decisions.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of broad HR experience, including significant exposure to both HR Business Partnering and Compensation & Benefits functions.
- Demonstrated success in partnering with senior management and business leaders, providing strategic people advice and influencing key business decisions.
- Strong understanding of organizational development, workforce planning, performance management, and total rewards design, including compensation structures and job architecture.
- Candidates with experience gained from Compensation & Benefits consulting firms or advisory environments are encouraged to apply.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in high-growth, dynamic, or rapidly evolving organizations prior experience within the technology or digital sector is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Commercially minded with a strategic outlook, while remaining execution-focused and willing to roll up your sleeves to drive initiatives from concept through implementation.
- Highly adaptable, proactive, and resilient, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
