Job Description

. Handle full spectrum of Human Resource function.

. Be the first point of contact for employee's inquiries on HR-related matters and assist their inquiries.

. Ensure all employees records are properly maintained and update in the system and employee's personal files.

. Handle employees on boarding and off boarding process.

. Administration on employee insurance, government paid claims, staff benefit claims, employee training and others.

. Manage all the work pass applications/renewal/cancellation and status including monitor of the expiry date, quota, Foreign worker levy, tax-related matters and etc.

. Administering a wide range of HR matters in areas such as manpower planning and recruitment, compensation & benefits, and performance management exercise.

. Manage the recruitment process and ensure candidates fit the role and company culture.

. Oversee the annual performance management process and collaborate with managers to ensure a thorough and effective review process.

. Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.

. Design and implement human resources policies and procedures in line with corporate goals.

. Administer payroll processing by ensuring all payroll data is accurately entered and verified before submission to Finance for final processing and payment.

. Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws.

. Administer employee compensation, training and benefit programs.

. Organize team building activities, festivals, annual dinner, BBQ, and events.

. Provide support on other HR matters and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Administrative

. Handle Company's General Administrative Duties.

. Point of contact to liaise with external vendors for HQ building and Retail Outlet facilities maintenance including Security System, Fire Alarm System, Air Conditioner, Renovation and etc.

. Point of contact to liase with tenants.

. Acquire and maintain office furnishing, equipment, and supplies, and provides administrative support for the maintenance of the telephone, communication, and computing system.

. Managing of Company and Employee Insurance including submitting claims and renewal.

. In charge of the administration of corporate affairs including stationery inventory, insurance, license renewal, Office Cleaning, CEO's personal matters and etc.

. Provide support on other Administrative matters and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
