Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Support

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job advertisements on platforms such as JobStreet and MyCareersFuture.

  • Screen applications, coordinate interviews, conduct initial candidate assessments, and assist with reference checks.

  • Provide support for regional recruitment activities where required.

Work Pass Administration

  • Handle work pass applications, renewals, and related documentation for foreign employees in accordance with regulatory requirements.

  • Verify and prepare supporting documents for submission to the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).

Training & Development

  • Conduct onboarding orientation sessions for new employees.

  • Coordinate training registrations and collaborate with stakeholders on training plans.

  • Maintain and update the company's training calendar and training records.

Payroll Support

  • Assist in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with Singapore employment regulations.

  • Support the submission of CPF contributions and other statutory payments.

Employee Onboarding & Support

  • Coordinate onboarding activities, including orientation sessions, issuance of company assets, and initial training arrangements.

  • Respond to employee queries relating to benefits, leave, and company policies in a timely and professional manner.

HR Administration

  • Prepare and manage HR documentation, including employment contracts, confirmation letters, termination letters, and employee handbook updates.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within HR systems, ensuring proper digital documentation in personnel files.

  • Coordinate insurance renewals and assist with claims administration.

  • Manage office pantry supplies and general office inventory.

  • Support ad-hoc HR projects and employee engagement initiatives, such as monthly activities, company events, and employee surveys.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • At least 3 years of relevant HR operations experience in Singapore. Experience in an SME or industrial environment is advantageous.

  • Working knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, CPF requirements, and payroll compliance.

  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
