Duties
Administer end-to-end monthly payroll and employee claims processing, including payroll reconciliation, statutory submissions, and annual tax filing in compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.
Manage the full recruitment and selection process for technical, operational, and corporate roles, working closely with line managers to support manpower planning and operational readiness.
Prepare and issue employment contracts, appointment letters, HR correspondences, and other employment-related documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Ensure accurate, timely maintenance of employee data within the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), supporting audits, inspections, and management reporting.
Oversee work pass administration and manage employee surveys, insurance coverage, benefits administration, and leave management.
Ensure full compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, including CPF, IRAS, MOM, WDA, and other relevant authorities, in support of regulatory audits and corporate governance.
Maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and employee personal records in accordance with internal controls, data protection requirements, and regulatory standards.
Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs, with emphasis on safety, compliance, and company procedures relevant to the aerospace MRO environment.
Perform general office and administrative duties, accounting for approximately 35% of the role, to support day-to-day operations.
Provide support for ad-hoc human resource and administrative initiatives as required by business and operational needs.
Requirements
Diploma or higher qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline.
Minimum of three (3) years of relevant HR and administrative experience, preferably within the aerospace MRO or manufacturing industry.
Hands-on experience with the Timesoft payroll system
Strong working knowledge of Singapore employment legislation, statutory contributions, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Effective communication, interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to work across operational and technical teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
