Job Description

Job Scope

1. Manage the full HR lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, employee movements, performance management and exits.
2. Ensure compliance with employment legislation, MOM guidelines, internal HR policies and procedures.
3. Partner with management on workforce planning, talent development, training and employee engagement initiatives.
4. Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance and supporting conflict resolution.
5. Maintain accurate HR records, manage employee data and prepare HR reports for management review.
6. Support general office administration including vendor coordination, office maintenance (general supplies) and administrative support such as coordination of training courses.
7. Together with the Corporate Services team, to plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, employee benefits, programmes and events to foster a positive workplace culture

Requirements
1. Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline with a minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience. Experience in a non-profit organisation is an advantage.
2. Strong working knowledge of MOM employment regulations and applicable labour legislation.
3. Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.
4. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficient in HR systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
7. Highly organised and detail-oriented, with disciplined record-keeping and reporting capabilities.
