This role is responsible for defining, leading, and executing the regional multi-brand merchandising strategy across South East Asia, ensuring strong brand positioning, optimal assortment planning, and commercial performance. This role drives consumer-centric assortments, maximizes sell-through and margin, and ensures alignment between global brand direction and local market needs across multiple channels.
Regional (SEA) Merchandising Strategy & Brand Portfolio Leadership
- Define and execute the regional merchandising strategy across multiple brands, ensuring alignment with global brand vision while adapting to local consumer demand, channel strategy, and market maturity.
Assortment Planning & Market Collaboration
- Lead end-to-end assortment planning, including seasonal line planning, category depth, pricing architecture, and option count optimization to maximize sales, margin, and inventory productivity.
Cross-Functional & Market Collaboration
- Act as the key interface between global merchandising, regional sales, marketing, supply chain, and country teams to ensure on-time go-to-market execution and consistent brand storytelling across channels.
Commercial Performance & Inventory Management
- Drive regional sell-through performance through proactive analysis of sales, inventory, and consumer insights. Lead in-season trading actions, markdown strategy, and lifecycle management across brands.
People Leadership & Capacity Building
- Lead, coach, and develop regional merchandising teams, fostering a high-performance culture with strong analytical capability, commercial mindset, and collaboration.
