About the role
We are looking for a Senior Hardware Engineer to design, develop, and support high-performance test systems. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver reliable hardware solutions and ensure successful system integration.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop hardware systems for advanced test equipment
- Define hardware specifications and schematics based on system requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on hardware development and integration
- Lead prototype bring-up and support hardware debugging activities (noise, accuracy, bandwidth, jitter)
- Support hardware characterization and validation activities
- Work closely with FPGA and software engineers for system integration
- Contribute to calibration and timing-related system features where required
- Participate in cross-functional engineering discussions in an agile environment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in hardware design and development
- Strong experience in hardware debugging and system validation
- Good understanding of system-level hardware design and integration
- Exposure to FPGA or software collaboration is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and adaptability
