Location at Joo Chiat Road (East)
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for taking reservations,answering the phone, replying to WhatsApp messages before and during service,responding to any guest requests etc
- Welcome guests warmly to the restaurant
- Utilise the systems to its full potential, maximise bookings,create a database of all regular patrons of the restaurant, building a detailedrecord of guest such as their birthdays, anniversaries, allergies andpreferences etc.
- Assist other service crew with work including,but not limited to cleaning the tables, tidying up and setting silverwareduring service and getting ready for the next seating
- Serve food & beverage to guest when required.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management
- Good people skills
- Service-orientated
- Well-groomed
- Proactively taking on additionalresponsibilities where required.
- Fluent with English
- A minimum of 2 years experiencewith customer service preferably at a hotel or a restaurant
Benefits:

Working Hours: 48 to 51 per week
Salary range: $3,200 to $4,200 (Depending on experience and expertise)
