What You'll Own
End-to-End Recruiting Excellence
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for high-impact Sales & GTM roles (Account Executives, Strategic Sales, Solutions Engineers, Pre-Sales)
- Define success profiles across Japan, Singapore, and Australia, tailoring hiring strategies to each market
- Own sourcing strategy across multiple channels (direct sourcing, referrals, internal mobility)
- Drive complex offer negotiations, including equity, regional compensation, and market constraints
Strategic Partnership with Leadership
- Partner directly with Senior Managers through VP-level GTM leaders
- Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and pipeline data to influence hiring decisions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HRBPs, TA Ops, Total Rewards, and Finance
Global TA Alignment
- Operate within a globally distributed Talent Acquisition function
- Align regional hiring practices with global standards while adapting to APJ market realities
- Manage stakeholders across multiple time zones with strong communication and ownership
Elevated Candidate Experience
- Deliver a high-touch, high-quality candidate journey, especially within Japan's relationship-driven hiring culture
- Reduce process friction while maintaining a strong employer brand
- Ensure consistent, values-driven communication at every stage
Operational & Data Excellence
- Utilize ATS platforms, AI recruiting tools, and talent analytics to manage high-volume pipelines
- Track funnel performance and optimize hiring outcomes using data
- Ensure compliance with regional hiring regulations and SLAs
What You Bring
- 4+ years of recruiting experience, including:
- 3+ years of full-cycle Sales/GTM recruiting
- Experience within SaaS, AI, enterprise tech, or platform companies
- Proven experience hiring across APAC (Japan, Singapore, ANZ, SEA, China)
- Strong track record supporting:
- Account Executives (new business & strategic)
- Solutions Engineers / Pre-Sales talent
- Experience partnering with senior GTM stakeholders (Manager–VP level)
- Ability to operate independently in a global, distributed environment
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and market insights to influence hiring strategy
Highly Valued Experience
- Deep understanding of the Japanese talent market, including cultural expectations like omotenashi (high-touch candidate experience)
- Experience leveraging AI-driven sourcing, talent mapping, and recruiting automation
- Ability to influence and educate stakeholders on modern recruiting strategies and tools
