Role: Senior Growth Manager reports to the Head of Strategic Growth. Works closely with product and engineering. Scope evolves as we learn.

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Growth Manager to own and evolve Matchii's GTM systems and workflows. This role plays a key part in driving revenue efficiency by improving operational processes, increasing workflow reliability, and identifying opportunities to scale what already works.

You will partner closely with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to diagnose GTM issues, optimize funnel performance, and strengthen data integrity across systems. This role requires strong ownership, structured thinking, and a continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to test new approaches, adopt emerging tools, and translate insights into scalable operating practices.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain existing GTM workflows to ensure they run reliably and efficiently.
  • Optimize lead routing, scoring, enrichment, and sequence enrollment logic.
  • Troubleshoot workflow failures, data mismatches, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Analyze funnel metrics and workflow performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to improve GTM execution.
  • Maintain CRM data integrity and ensure consistency across tools and systems.
  • Improve AI-assisted and automation-supported workflows through iterative tuning.
  • Document processes, update SOPs, and support team adoption.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in GTM, product marketing, growth, sales operations, or related roles.
  • Track funnel metrics, pipeline performance, and campaign results.
  • Experience in GTM operations, RevOps, sales ops, marketing ops, or growth ops.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, workflow automation, and funnel metrics.
  • Comfortable troubleshooting processes and improving existing systems.
  • Strong analytical and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Native or near-native English fluency with a strong grasp of North American business etiquette, idioms, and cultural context.
  • Deep understanding of North American culture, market dynamics, and business practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience optimizing and maintaining existing automation workflows, rather than only building new ones from scratch.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Hubspot, Attio, Apollo, Instantly.ai, Clay, Zapier, n8n, Salesforge, Custom.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience with A/B testing, experiment design, and dashboard reporting.
  • Background in B2B SaaS, AI, developer tools or fintech.
