Job Description

Company Description UNLOCKLAND is a decision intelligence platform built for real estate development teams, designed to bring clarity and speed to complex development decisions. The platform consolidates zoning rules, site analysis, development modeling, and financial evaluation into a single collaborative workspace. By aligning data and assumptions across teams, UNLOCKLAND helps reduce the time spent reconciling fragmented tools and perspectives. The result is a more efficient process from feasibility to financing, with decisions that are clearer, faster, and easier to defend. UNLOCKLAND enhances human judgment rather than replacing it, giving teams better insight and confidence in what to build.

Role Description As a Senior Growth Engineer (AI & Automation) at UNLOCKLAND, you will design, build, and optimize AI-driven workflows and automation that power customer acquisition, onboarding, and product-led growth. You will collaborate with product, data, marketing, and customer teams to identify friction points in the customer journey and create automated systems that improve conversion, activation, and retention. Your daily work will include prototyping and deploying AI agents, integrating APIs and internal tools, running growth experiments, and instrumenting analytics to measure impact. You will be responsible for maintaining high-quality, reliable automation pipelines and continuously iterating based on performance data and user feedback. This is a full-time, remote role, offering flexibility while working closely with a distributed, cross-functional team.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in software engineering for growth, including experience with high-level languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript) and building robust integrations with third-party APIs and internal tools.
  • Hands-on experience with AI and automation, such as orchestrating LLM-based workflows, building AI agents or copilots, and leveraging automation platforms (e.g., Airflow, n8n, Zapier, or similar custom frameworks).
  • Strong experimentation and analytics skills, including designing and running A/B tests, defining success metrics, instrumenting event tracking, and using data tools (e.g., SQL, product analytics platforms) to guide decisions.
  • Background in growth engineering or product-led growth, including optimizing funnels for activation, engagement, expansion, and retention, and collaborating closely with product and marketing teams.
  • Experience designing scalable architectures for automation, ensuring resilience, observability, error handling, and performance in production systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear plans for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfort working in an early-stage or fast-paced environment, owning projects end-to-end, and iterating quickly based on feedback and data.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience;
