Your Mission
The Wallet Business & Product team is the strategic engine of our digital wallet ecosystem. This vertical is responsible for merging technical product excellence with robust financial performance. We lead the product roadmap and business dimensionâ€overseeing planning, financial performance, pricing governance, and segment strategy to ensure Monee remains the preferred financial partner for our users.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
- Lead the product and business dimensions for the Wallet vertical, including roadmap, planning, and long-term strategy.
- Act as the primary manager for the business and analytical layer, ensuring data-driven decision-making across all initiatives.
- Own the financial performance (P&L) of the vertical, establishing pricing governance and segment-specific strategies.
- Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team, including the Wallet Product and Wallet Business Development (BD) arms.
- Build and maintain high-level relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business alignment.
- Lead the construction of strategic partnerships and define the core business value proposition for the market.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure product launches meet both technical requirements and business goals.
Requirements:
What You Need to Take on This Challenge
- Extensive experience in Product Management leadership (GPM or Senior Manager level) with a strong business background.
- Proven track record in managing business performance, financial modeling, or pricing strategy.
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and build long-term commercial partnerships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable product-business roadmaps.
- Previous experience in FinTech, Banking is highly preferred.
- Proactive mindset with high ownership and the ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Mandatory: Fluent English (for global reporting and collaboration).
