Job Description

Work closely with project team and print production teams to ensure designs are optimized for efficient and high-quality printing.
Understand different printing methods, material types, finishes, and techniques to create designs suitable for each project.
Provide creative direction and leadership to the design team, guiding designers and ensuring high-quality design output.
Manage and coordinate multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Approach design challenges with creativity, innovation, and the ability to propose alternative solutions.
Fluency in current graphic design practices such as Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign.
