What You Will Do:

1.⁠ ⁠Design event proposals, pitch decks, and visual mockups that close deals.

2.⁠ ⁠Create mood boards, layouts, and rendered event visuals (booths, stages, setups)

3.⁠ ⁠Use AI tools (ChatGPT / Claude / Perplexity / etc.) to accelerate research and concepting.

4.⁠ ⁠Prepare print-ready and digital assets: backdrops, banners, social creatives.

5.⁠ ⁠Work closely with sales and ops to hit tight deadlines.

6.⁠ ⁠Provide creative support for ad-hoc design requests across print and digital.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Graphics, Graphic Design, and Branding.
• Experience in Event, Exhibition, or Experiential design.
• Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite. (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Previous experience in event-related design is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
