Job Summary
The Senior Global Product Manager, AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robotics) will lead the global AMR portfolio strategy and business performance at Swisslog Healthcare, driving innovation, market expansion, and commercial success of healthcare AMR solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global AMR portfolio strategy and product roadmap to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Manage the full lifecycle of AMR solutions, including fleet management software, workflow orchestration, robotic picking, and TransMove integrations.
- Identify and develop new healthcare automation applications such as medication delivery, linen transport, waste management, meal delivery, pharmacy logistics, and sterile goods transport.
- Lead strategic customer engagements, tenders, and major bids globally to secure business opportunities.
- Develop detailed business cases, product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans to support commercial objectives.
- Collaborate with innovation, engineering, sales, delivery, and service teams to ensure successful product development and deployment.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to inform product strategy.
- Drive next-generation AMR innovation and product differentiation to strengthen competitive positioning.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, Automation, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, portfolio management, or business development.
- Experience with AMR, healthcare automation, intralogistics, robotics, or material handling solutions.
- Proven track record managing global B2B products and portfolios.
- Knowledge of healthcare operations, hospital logistics, and clinical workflows.
