What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain Smallworldapplications, services and supporting components
- Build, optimize and monitorspatial data pipelines and ETL workflows for property and geographic datasets
- Collaborate with dataengineering and product teams to deliver geospatial features and integrations
- Provide technical leadership onGIS architecture, spatial models and design decisions
- Troubleshoot and resolvecomplex production issues across geospatial applications and datasets
- Create and maintain technicaldocumentation, development standards and runbooks
- Support CI/CD workflows, sourcecontrol and release practices using GitHub
- Mentor engineers on Smallworldand GIS engineering best practices
What Will Make You Shine
- Expert proficiency in GESmallworld (must-have)
- Hands-on experience with theMagik programming language
- Strong understanding ofgeospatial concepts, spatial modeling and GIS architecture
- Experience integrating GISsystems with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Amazon WebServices (AWS)
- Proficiency in SQL for queryingand transforming spatial and non-spatial datasets
- Proficiency in Python for dataprocessing, automation and pipeline support
- Experience with CI/CD practicesand source control using GitHub
- Clear communication with theability to work across engineering and product teams
