Roles & Responsibilities

• . Ability to plan, organize and lead the Sales team and administration team with Company.
• Drive the activities for strategic growth opportunities internationally.
• Apply strategic thinking and people management skill to manage key business relationship.
• Manage the Sales of Dairy and cheese products in SE Asia.
• Secure alignment & support of business development initatives among the cross functional groups.
• Provide monthly sales report, sales forecast, budget report.
• Perform related job responsibilities delegated in relation to the business operation and productive operation

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree in food science or business or related techical industry.
• At least 10 years experience in dairy and cheese products industries.
• Experience and ability in developing valued added products.
• Strong knowledge of dairy and cheese products.
• Proven ability to meet demanding timeline and achieve target.
• Self motivated and high level of commitment.
• Define strategic plans to expand current business.
• Collaborate with business heads to indentify area of techical and business management development.
