Senior Gen AI Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior GenAI Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI applications. In this role, you will lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents into scalable, secure cloud environments, with a primary focus on Azure and AWS.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Development: Design and deploy GenAI solutions, AI agents, and multi-modal workflows integrated with cloud platforms.
• Cloud Architecture: Build, host, and scale scalable AI codebases using Azure and AWS cloud services.
• Optimization: Debug, evaluate, and fine-tune model performance for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into tech solutions and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• Experience: 4+ years in software/AI engineering with proven experience building and deploying GenAI applications.
• Core Language: Strong proficiency in Python (or Java).
• Cloud & AI Stack: Hands-on experience with Azure (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Azure Functions, WebApps) and LLM API integration.
• AI Concepts: Experience with building AI agents, multi-modal models, prompt engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS & GCP: Experience with AWS (Amazon Bedrock, Lambda, ECS/Fargate, DynamoDB) or Google Cloud AI.
• DevOps & Containers: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
