Senior Game Producer

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and plan innovative casual game projects, defining core gameplay mechanics, artistic style, and audience-aligned content frameworks.
• Lead the design team through end-to-end game design, guiding direction, upholding quality standards, and delivering on creative vision.
• Develop clear development roadmaps, coordinate art/programming workflows, and drive on-time, high-quality project delivery.
• Research industry trends and market dynamics, conduct competitive analysis, and adjust product strategies in real time.
• Build and nurture high-performing teams, mentor members to unlock potential, meet performance objectives, and foster sustained project success.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of game production experience, with 2+ years specializing in mobile/web casual game development.
• Proven track record as Producer/Lead Designer on at least one successfully launched casual game (verifiable market/user growth).
• A solid artistic foundation or a strong understanding of concept art, UI/UX, and motion graphics-ability to give feedback to creative teams.
• Excellent logical thinking, cross-team communication, coordination, and people management skills (distributed/in-house teams).
• Strong accountability, results-driven work ethic, and collaborative mindset for fast-paced creative environments.
• Ambition and confidence to create top-tier casual game products.
