Main Job Responsibilities

  • Handle fund accounting activities for Private Equity and Venture Capital funds, including reconciliations, NAV calculations, and accruals.
  • Prepare Capital Account Statements for investors.
  • Prepare and issue Capital Call and Distribution notices.
  • Prepare Financial Statements and quarterly reporting packages.
  • Prepare waterfall and equalisation models.
  • Liaise with auditors and support year-end audit processes.
  • Support the implementation and onboarding of new fund launches.
  • Participate in process enhancement and improvement projects.
  • Assist in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures and compliance matters.
  • Assist in FATCA and CRS reporting and compliance procedures.
  • Manage client relationships and collaborate closely with cross-functional service teams to ensure timely and quality service delivery.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Chartered Accountant (Singapore) and/or CPA qualification will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Private Equity Fund Accounting.
  • Strong understanding of Private Equity fund operations, including fund structures, waterfall models, equalisation, and fund accounting processes.
  • Knowledge of the Investran system will be preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of IFRS and relevant accounting standards.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good project and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ambitious, driven, and keen to progress in career growth and development.
  • Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and continuously develop professionally.
