Introduction:
GlobalFoundries is building the next generation of enterprise AI and agentic workflows through the CIO FDE Office. The Senior/Engineer, Full Stack will partner with business teams and enterprise architects to design, develop, integrate, and operationalize AI-powered solutions that drive business transformation. This role combines full stack application development, API engineering, AI agent development, and cloud-based platform integration, enabling the rapid incubation and deployment of enterprise-scale solutions across functions such as HR, Supply Chain, and IT Operations.
Your job:
Design and develop enterprise AI agents utilizing Redpanda ADP and related AI platforms.
Build and implement multi-agent workflows supporting enterprise applications such as ServiceNow, Workday, Supply Chain, and HR systems.
Configure and optimize complex prompts, orchestration patterns, and agent interactions to support business processes.
Design, develop, and maintain modern full stack web applications, dashboards, and user-facing solutions.
Create reusable application components and frameworks to accelerate future AI agent and application deployments.
Partner with Application and Integration teams to design and implement enterprise integrations.
Build and maintain MCPs, API wrappers, and integration services supporting enterprise systems.
Develop and manage secure authentication solutions, including token brokering and secrets management.
Design and deploy containerized workloads within AWS and Bring Your Own Cloud (BYOC) environments.
Collaborate with platform, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure production readiness, scalability, and reliability.
Translate business requirements and processes into AI-enabled and agent-driven workflow solutions.
Rapidly prototype, demonstrate, validate, and industrialize emerging technology solutions.
Provide technical mentorship and guidance to NCG resources and L5 engineers.
Contribute to architecture decisions, engineering standards, and reference implementations for enterprise AI solutions.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience developing AI agents, agentic workflows, or generative AI applications.
Experience integrating enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, SAP, and Workday.
Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, API management, and middleware technologies.
Experience developing and deploying containerized applications.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional technical teams.
