Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead
Silver Bullion and The Safe House seek an experienced technology professional to lead the development and management of our enterprise applications portfolio.
This role requires technical leadership and active development work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of customer-facing and internal applications across our platform ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including accounting, customer service, marketing, and sales to deliver solutions that drive business objectives.
- Ensure platform reliability, security, and optimal performance across all systems.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance on technology strategy and implementation decisions.
- Mentor development team members and establish best practices for code quality and deployment processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience with demonstrated expertise in enterprise application development.
- Deep proficiency in .NET ecosystem (ASP.NET, .NET Core) and Microsoft SQL Server, including performance optimization and database design.
- Strong full-stack capabilities with both server-side and client-side technologies.
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception through deployment.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Self-directed professional capable of working autonomously while maintaining alignment with business objectives.
