Senior Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and development of enterprise applications using Java (including Java 8), Spring Framework, JSP, JSTL, and jQuery.
• Architect and drive migration from legacy frameworks (Apache Struts, JSF) to modern architectures such as Spring Boot and microservices.
• Oversee Oracle WebLogic Server administration, deployment, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Design, optimise, and troubleshoot Oracle and Sybase database procedures, queries, and integrations.
• Develop and maintain APIs and microservices, ensuring scalability and resilience.
• Lead containerisation initiatives using Docker and manage container orchestration platforms.
• Implement modern frontend solutions using React and integrate with backend APIs.
• Integrate authentication and authorisation mechanisms including SiteMinder, LDAP, Active Directory, and OIDC frameworks.
• Implement secure file-based integrations, SFTP processes, batch processing frameworks, and scheduled job management.
• Conduct source code reviews, open source vulnerability analysis, and enforce secure coding best practices across development teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 6+ years of full stack development experience with strong expertise in Java (including legacy versions), Spring, and enterprise application architecture.
• Proven experience in microservices, API development, containerisation, and cloud deployments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle WebLogic Server and enterprise database troubleshooting (Oracle and Sybase).
• Solid understanding of modern security frameworks (OIDC), authentication systems, and secure SDLC practices.
