Job Description:
- 12+ years of experience developing web applications using client-side frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js, etc., with a minimum of 3 years experience as a Tech Lead
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a quantitative field; Master's degree preferred
- Experience working with Agile methodologies, analytics, A/B testing and/or feature flags, Continuous Delivery, and Trunk-based Development
- Strong HTML/CSS skills with the ability to build visually appealing, high-quality interfaces
- Excellent understanding of object-oriented JavaScript and TypeScript
- Demonstrated interest in learning and applying new technologies and modern development approaches
Good to have :
- Knowledge of scalable physical architecture, including highly available and resilient systems with no single point of failure
- Experience with one or more NoSQL technologies (e.g., Cassandra, ScyllaDB, Elasticsearch, Redis, DynamoDB) and messaging/queueing systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, Azure Service Bus)
- Experience with containerization and Docker; Kubernetes (K8s) is an advantage
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD solutions
- Strong expertise in client-side performance optimization
- Proficiency in modern coding and design practices (e.g., Clean Code, SOLID principles, TDD)
- Exposure to multiple front-end platforms including iOS, Android, Web, and API services
- Experience working in high-scale environments handling large user volumes and high transaction throughput
- Experience in data-driven environments, including working with and analyzing Big Data
- Proven experience leading teams and greenfield projects addressing complex system challenges
- Experience delivering global products supporting multiple markets, distributed data centers, and localization requirements
