Senior Full Stack Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js and Node.js. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing scalable backend architectures, production deployments, troubleshooting complex production issues, and building enterprise-grade web applications. The candidate must be capable of owning the complete application lifecycle from architecture to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable web applications using React.js and Node.js.
• Design backend architecture for enterprise-level applications.
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js (Express/NestJS).
• Build highly scalable and maintainable backend services.
• Design database schemas and optimize complex SQL/NoSQL queries.
• Implement authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth, or similar mechanisms.
• Handle application performance optimization and scalability.
• Work on distributed systems and microservice architecture.
• Design event-driven and asynchronous processing systems.
• Deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Deploy applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Monitor application health and troubleshoot production issues.
• Analyze logs, performance bottlenecks, and memory leaks.
• Handle production incidents and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and Product teams.
• Write reusable, clean, and maintainable code.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
