Job Description
- Manage end-to-end order fulfilment activities from order receipt through to delivery and invoicing
- Monitor order status and proactively resolve supply or delivery issues
- Coordinate closely with regional affiliates, logistics providers and external partners to achieve service level targets
- Maintain visibility of inventory positions and identify potential stock risks
- Prepare operational reports and provide insights to support business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, customer service and commercial stakeholders
- Support process improvement initiatives, operational projects and other ad hoc assignments
- Ensure efficient order processing and supply continuity across APAC markets
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related discipline
- Minimally 5 years of experience in order fulfilment, supply chain operations, logistics or customer operations
- Experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical devices, life sciences or regulated industries will be advantageous
- Hands-on experience managing order-to-cash processes and customer order fulfilment activities
- Proficiency in SAP, ERP systems or similar order management platforms
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities
